Every machine on our list comes with a cold-start video and a photo of the hour meter. We focus on 20–36 t excavators, and we also find dozers, wheel loaders, dump trucks and cranes.
Non-running or damaged, for rebuild or parts
We list what is missing or broken on each unit, so you can price the rebuild. If a machine doesn't start, we say so and show the fault on video.

Before you pay
How buying works
Read the export policyEvery export sale follows the same five steps. We don't take any money until the checks in step 2 are done.
- Indicative price
Tell us the machine you need, the destination port and your company name. After a short check of your company against sanctions lists, we send an indicative Ex Works price with photos and video.
- Company check and declaration
Before a written offer, we check who owns your company and who will use the machine. For some destinations you sign a short declaration of end use and final destination.
- Written offer
We send a written offer and a proforma invoice with the final price, the yard where you collect the machine and the payment terms.
- Deposit
You pay a deposit by bank transfer from your own company account, or we agree a letter of credit. We don't accept payments from third parties.
- Inspection, balance and handover
You can book a third-party inspection before you pay the balance. If the inspector finds the machine is not as we described it, we refund your deposit. You pay the balance before the machine leaves the yard, and we send you the handover video and the documents.
Our team checked it and recorded what we saw
Our own team checked the machine, took the photos and filmed the video. The hours, serial plate and condition are what we saw and recorded.
A named inspector checked it and wrote a report
A named third-party inspector, such as Sucofindo or SGS, inspected the machine and wrote a report, and we send you that report. We only use this label when the report exists.

Shipping
We sell Ex Works. The price is for the machine at its yard, and transport is on your side. We introduce you to a transport partner who moves machines from the yard to the jetty and loads them. A machine can go whole, or it can be cut into sections to fit a cheaper vessel or container. The partner quotes both ways.
Some countries limit the age of imported machines or ask for an import permit or a pre-shipment inspection. Tell us what your customs broker needs and we will prepare the documents before the machine leaves the yard.

What used heavy equipment do you sell?
- We sell used excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, dump trucks and cranes from Indonesia, with a focus on 20 to 36 tonne excavators from Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi and Kobelco. We also sell non-running machines for rebuild or parts, and components such as engines, hydraulic pumps and final drives.
Can I see a machine before I pay?
- Yes. We walk around the machine with you on a live video call, start the engine and show you the hour meter and serial plate. After the deposit you can book a third-party inspection, and if you come to Indonesia, one of us goes with you to see the machine.
How are prices quoted?
- In US dollars, Ex Works, which means the price is for the machine at its yard in Indonesia, before transport. We send an indicative price after a short check of your company, and the final price comes in a written offer.
How do I pay?
- By bank transfer from your own company account, as a deposit and then the balance before loading, or by letter of credit. We don't accept payments from third parties.
How does the machine get to the port?
- We sell Ex Works, so transport is on your side, but we introduce you to a transport partner who moves machines from the yard to the jetty. A machine can be cut into sections for cheaper shipping or go whole. Some countries limit the age of imported machines or need an import permit, so tell us your destination and we will check what your country requires before we quote.
Which destinations can't you sell to?

About us
HEI (Heavy Equipment Indonesia) is a family business. Our founder has traded used heavy equipment in Indonesia for many years, and the machines we sell come through owners and contractors he has known for a long time. He finds each machine and checks it in person. Diga runs the export side: buyer messages, compliance checks, shipping and documents.
If you want to see a machine in person, we arrange the visit and one of us comes with you.
